Kaleidoscope | 2019
An immersive installation-based experience for the Askwith Kenner Global Languages and Cultures Room located in the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. The experience explores how bias shapes perceptions and assumptions about race, identity, and culture within the student body at CMU. Semester long graduate project.

BotLab | 2018
An Augmented Reality combat robotics simulation designed for middle-school aged children as an immersive demonstration to the National Robotics League (NRL) — allowing them to explore, design, and battle their own combat robots (Bots) in AR. Semester long graduate project.

Blueprint | 2017
A design-centric prototyping project exploring intuitive virtual interfaces & embodiment in Virtual Reality for Electronic Arts The Sim's 4 Team. The project's goals were to design, develop, and document virtual interfaces that effectively adapted functionality from the Sim's 4 Build Mode into VR to allow for user creation. Semester long graduate project.

Ares Entertainment Launch Event | 2016
A live-action theatrical experience produced for the Entertainment Technology Center's 2016 Fall Festival. The immersive theater piece was designed to promote awareness about the unethical sourcing of conflict minerals from the DRC and their overwhelming prevalence in major hardware manufacturers today. Two week project.

Robo-Dragon Dash | 2016
A two-player virtual racing experience that transformed a set of nontraditional game controllers into a highly competitive head-to-head racer. Using Unity and Makey-Makey the team wired two wooden rocking horses into game controllers capable of movement and forward acceleration in the x, y, and z axis along a challenging warp-hole racetrack. Two week project.

Makey-Makey | miXed Reality
Paper Planes | 2016
A Virtual Reality experience designed for the Oculus Rift in which guests use their hand to intuitively guide a paper plane through an immersive virtual world. The experience incorporated level design that allows the illusion of freedom and choice by the guest, while passively influencing them towards a set of predetermined goals. Two week project.
