Strategic redesign and modernization of multiple client intake systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365, enhancing efficiency for case workers through streamlined user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
UX Designer
Collaborated within a scaled Agile environment, producing iterative mockups in Figma aligned with client specifications and functional requirements.
Conducted Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Organizational Knowledge Integration (OKI) analysis, ensuring seamless integration into existing client workflows.
Authored detailed user stories in Jira, supported multiple concurrent development streams, and coordinated cross-team collaboration.

Summary
At Deloitte Digital, I produced, designed, and managed innovative immersive solutions from concept to launch, effectively guiding interdisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and artists using agile methodologies.
My role involved direct collaboration with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and clients to ensure strategic alignment and successful deployment of high-impact tailored immersive products. 
Leveraging a strong foundation in game design principles, I developed comprehensive UX documentation, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed user flows, refining solutions through iterative testing and stakeholder feedback.

Developed comprehensive UX deliverables (wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes) using Figma, refining designs through iterative feedback and user testing.
Sourced and integrated external content, coordinating closely with third-party vendors on fabrication and interactive installations.
Owned internal processes including marketing, risk management, and legal reviews.
Shaped project scope, staffing plans, and budget for future enhancements.
